Email (to, subject, body)

Send email using daily quota from current user's account (200/day).

Arguments

to: Email addresses (separate by ,) to send email to

subject: Email subject

body: HTML body of the email

Returns

Nothing.

Remarks

If the email address is blocked by recipient (when the block link is clicked) the system will not attempt to send the email.
