Arguments
setClosed : If true, the when true, ask the tag to transmit back the current orientation immediately, and record it as the base-line to determine if a tag has transitioned to open or closed state. Ignored if the tag is reed or PIR sensor.
Returns
If successful, will return a tag object with updated signal strength (
rssi), battery voltage,
txpwr, etc. If tag did not respond, will return null.
