There must be enough information to allow us reproduce the problems. The name of tags/sensors, and date&time of the occurrence are obviously needed to reproduce some. If we have to ask you for more information, then the ticket will get lower priority in handling, it will take much longer to resolve your issue. Bad example: "I have 3 tags that are not working". Good example: "My tag named 'Living room' reports bogus data points in temperature graph, for example on Jan 15 at 11:25PM PST".
If you later resolve the problem on your own, please do not forget to mark the ticket as closed. Failure to do so will lower priority of your future tickets.
